WHAT ARE ACCESS POINTS?
Access Points are points operated by UPS, the courier service we use, where you can COLLECT YOUR PURCHASES or RETURN YOUR PACKAGES.
Access points may be located at offices of courier companies or affiliated local companies verified by UPS.
HOW DO I CHECK IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
It's very simple: log in and click on "My Orders". This will open your order list. Click on the one you want to check:
If the order is "PROCESSING" it means that we are preparing it for shipping. It takes about 2-4 business days to prepare a standard shipment.
If the order is "SHIPPED", please click on the search number "ID Tracking". You will be redirected to the UPS courier website where you can check the status of your shipment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?
If you are not at home when the courier needs to deliver your purchase, it will be taken to the nearest UPS Access Point.
The courier will leave a card with all the details of the access point. If there are no access points within 2 km of the delivery address (if you live in a city) or 7 km (if you live out of a city), our courier will make two more delivery attempts and the shipment will then be stored for €5 days, before it is returned to the sender.
